Everything on this site, and in our products, is for general educational purposes. It explains how speaking businesses and speaker support roles work. It is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Contract language, pricing guidance, and business strategy should be reviewed against your own situation, and with a qualified professional where it matters.
I've spent years behind successful speaking businesses, and I'll share what works. What I can't do is promise you bookings, fees, clients, income, or any specific outcome. Your results depend on your skills, effort, decisions, timing, and the market, none of which we control. Anyone in this industry who guarantees results is selling you something other than the truth.
The testimonials on this site are real statements from real people about their own experience working with or learning from Regina Baker-Chenier. Many describe long-term work that goes beyond any single product. They are not typical results, and they are not a promise of yours.
Because our products are digital and delivered right away, and our services reserve time on my calendar, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds. Please read the sales page carefully before you buy. If you were charged twice for the same purchase, or you never received access and we can't fix it, we will make it right. Contact us first.
If you file a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us, we may share your purchase, access, and communication records with the payment processor, and your access to the product will end.
Strategy calls, consulting, training, and speaking engagements are governed by the booking terms or written agreement provided for that service, including scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellation. Booking a call does not create an ongoing consulting relationship. That only starts with a signed agreement or a completed purchase.
All content on this site and in our products, including text, templates, scripts, frameworks, menus, graphics, logos, and the names of our programs, is owned by Computerize U2 or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
When you buy a product, you get a personal, non-transferable license to use it in your own business, under that product's terms. You may not share your login, resell, repackage, rebrand, post, or teach the material for a fee, or upload it into tools or datasets that store, redistribute, or train on it. If you want to use something with a larger team or in a training setting, ask. We can talk about it.
Some pages include affiliate links, which may earn Computerize U2 a commission at no extra cost to you. We only recommend tools and services we use or have researched for clients. Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices.
When you send us information through a form, email, or booking link, you're telling us it's accurate and yours to share. We handle it as described in our Privacy Policy. Please don't send passwords, payment card numbers, or anything you'd want kept under a confidentiality agreement until one is in place.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas. Before going that route, contact us and give us a chance to make it right.
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed. The version posted on the day you buy is the version that applies to that purchase.
